If your country is outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. These expenses are not included in your final order and we will not pay.
Arabesque Málaga reserves 24 hours between receipt of the order request and its subsequent shipment for the preparation of the order.

And if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money!
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to make the return for any reason and we will proceed to refund your money. To proceed with the return you must notify us through the form on our Contact page (Don’t forget to include the order number.)
Prepare the return package, attaching the corresponding articles and send it to us by your own means to the following address:

To find out if we have received your package, check the tracking number given to you at the time of shipment. When your return is processed, you will be informed by email.
The shipping costs of this return will be at your expense unless by our mistake and since it is human to make a mistake we have sent you a defective item. In this case, you must send us an email to web@arabesquemalaga.com explaining the reason for the return and we will reply as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow. Returned items must be clean, not used, or washed.
We do not make any standard changes. If you want to order another size, model or color, you just have to place a new order on our page.
